No Refunds or Returns

At HMJ STORE, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product, size, color, model, customization details, and any other selected options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact HMJ STORE as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may request clear photos or videos of the item and your order details to assess the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our part, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products are made specifically according to the customer’s selected details. Therefore, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details, including names, initials, text, colors, models, and other specifications, are correct before placing the order.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and processing or production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the order’s processing status.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, and special-offer items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
